In my estate planning practice, I help clients bring clarity and structure to their financial and legal affairs. My experience includes planning for medical assistance eligibility, disabled or special-needs beneficiaries, asset protection concerns, and the minimization or avoidance of Minnesota and federal estate taxes. I am especially motivated by helping families preserve wealth, avoid unnecessary conflict, and create plans that reflect their values and goals. I also guide clients through probate and trust administration matters following the death of a loved one.

In my business practice, I work closely with owners of closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations. My experience includes business formation, corporate governance, record maintenance, business sales through stock and asset purchase transactions, business succession planning, and dissolution. I frequently draft and review contracts. I have extensive experience representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution across a variety of practice areas.
